DESCRIPTION:As an alternate location for our Sunday run at the end of August\, we are running an out and back course from Scow Landing out towards Ngunguru. \nWhen & Where?\nMeet at 7.30am for a 7.45am start \n \nScow Landing Course Options\nSince it’s an out and back course\, you can run as far or as little as you want. \nDistance: 21km\nElevation Gain: ~450m \n \nRunning all the way to Ngunguru and back is 30km with around 600m of vert \nA 10km out and back is around 200m of vert. \nPost Run Coffee\nThe Black Stump has been over run… so although that’s still a possibility\, we are investigating other options.
