Week 3 of the Hatea Winter Trail Series.

Week 3 brings us to the eastern side trails of the Parihaka reserve. Beginning from the Abbey Caves car park, runners will take the link trail downhill to the forestry ridge road where they will turn left and head up the service road towards the Parihaka summit. Half way to the top runners will take a left hand turn along the forestry road to the turnaround point a retrace their tracks back to the start.

$5 koha for non members.

Bring your headlight, a good pair of trail shoe and some high vis gear to have some fun on the night time trails.
