Hatea Grand Prix – 9th February 2022 Race Results

Race 2 of the 2022 Hatea Grand Prix Series started at 6pm at the end of Waimahanga road in Onerahi. We had a great turn out today, with several new faces, on what was an extremely humid, warm and therefore soggy affair for all. 26 Celcius and 85% humidity made this tough work. Some of Hatea’s speedsters turned up and served up some true pace, dropping into the 19 minute bracket. With this being Race 2, it was the first event eligible for bonus points, with 14 personal bests set today.

Scott brought along his 360 degree camera for a bit of a different take on the usual photography, check out the video embedded at the bottom of this post after the results if you are interested.
