Sunday 23rd of March saw Sport Northland Events host the annual BDO Parihaka Trail Run. This is Sport Northlands hilliest half marathon in the run walk series, but also has 12km, and 5km options to cater to those who don’t want to do the half marathon. A cool morning greeted participants at Whangarei falls, followed by a memorable powhiri to send them on their way. By all accounts a wonderful day was had by all. Congratulations to all the Hatea members who participated.
